Grow your retirement fund faster. BuildWitt matches 50% of every team member’s contribution up to 10% of their total compensation. We also cover the admin fees for the plan.
Maternity & Paternity Leave
We offer 12 weeks of maternity leave and 3 weeks of paternity/partner leave. We also offer 3 weeks leave for foster care and 6 weeks leave for adoption.
