Yes, but please register one at a time. Tickets are first come, first served.

Possibly. You will need to provide your own transportation from the airport to the hotel—whether that’s a rental car, ridesharing service, or other means. After that, we’ll arrange travel from the hotel to the host site and dinner. We will also arrange transportation back to the airport after the event.

No. Solving the workforce issue in the Dirt World will take more than one meeting. It requires a combined effort over time.

This event will focus on actions you can take to attract the next generation of workers to your company, and it’s the only event we currently have planned on this topic.

We have planned two other events in early 2023 on topics like leadership and team development, as well as employer branding and marketing. Check those out here.

The best thing you can do is be honest with your boss about why you want to come to the event, what you’re willing to contribute to make that happen, and what value they’ll get from investing in you.

For example, what are you hoping to gain from this experience? How will this event help you be a better leader, recruiter, marketer, or insert-your-role-here? And when you’re better at your role, how will that benefit the company?

We can’t make any promises, but when your boss can clearly see the benefits, they’ll be much more likely to let you attend this event.
