Graham Company’s legacy starts with William A. "Bill" Graham, IV, and his vision for doing things differently. Bill set out to build a company that took a unique, proactive approach to risk management based on long-term client relationships and mutual trust. Today, Graham is in the top 1% of independent brokers nationally, providing insurance and risk management services focused on the construction industry. They have grown to be one of the largest insurance and employee benefits brokers in the country, with offices in Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington D.C. and clients in all 50 states. However, they firmly believe in never resting on their laurels. They are always looking for ways to better serve their clients, because Actions Matter®.

The event, hotel, and dinner are all within a short walk, so all you need to do is arrange your own travel from the airport to the hotel when you arrive. We will provide transportation to the airport at the end of the event, leaving at 1:00pm for flights after 3:00pm.
The best thing you can do is be honest with your boss about why you want to come to the event, what you’re willing to contribute to make that happen, and what value they’ll get from investing in you.
For example, what are you hoping to gain from this experience? How will this event help you be a better leader, recruiter, marketer, or insert-your-role-here? And when you’re better at your role, how will that benefit the company?
We can’t make any promises, but when your boss can clearly see the benefits, they’ll be much more likely to let you attend this event.
