Yes, but please register one at a time. Tickets are first come, first served.

The event, hotel, and dinner are all within a short walk, so all you need to do is arrange your own travel from the airport to the hotel when you arrive. We will provide transportation to the airport at the end of the event, leaving at 1:00pm for flights after 3:00pm.

Yes and no. Solving the workforce issue in the Dirt World will take more than one meeting. It requires teamwork over time, which is why we’re planning more BuildWitt Peer Group Events in the future. That said, each event will focus on a different topic—so it may be a while before there’s another event on developing a strong workforce. You can check for upcoming events here or sign up to get email notifications when we share new event details.

The best thing you can do is be honest with your boss about why you want to come to the event, what you’re willing to contribute to make that happen, and what value they’ll get from investing in you.

For example, what are you hoping to gain from this experience? How will this event help you be a better leader, recruiter, marketer, or insert-your-role-here? And when you’re better at your role, how will that benefit the company?

We can’t make any promises, but when your boss can clearly see the benefits, they’ll be much more likely to let you attend this event.

Registrations also are 100% refundable if you notify us at least seven days before the event.
