The SMEs help us choose training topics and develop the content itself. They also work with us and their industry peers to review the content multiple times and make sure it’s right before you see it.

And when it comes to preloaded content? You can assign as many lessons as you want, give your crew access to the entire content library, or hide lessons until you’re ready for them to learn those skills. You can also put employees in groups and assign training only to the people in each group, and you can set Group Leads and Supervisors to help manage their training. It’s all up to you!
