Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, Petticoat-Schmitt Civil Contractors, Inc. (PSCC), is a privately owned civil contracting firm. Petticoat-Schmitt specializes in clearing, grading, storm drain, water systems, sanitary sewer, roadway construction, and water & wastewater treatment plant construction. PSCC contracts with developers, general contractors, municipalities, utility authorities and Departments of Transportation. Project delivery methods include bid/build, design/build and construction management.

Since 2007, PSCC has delivered numerous rewarding projects ranging in scope from small jobs of less than $100k, to large ventures of over $17M. Our consistent focus on quality has earned several NUCA Awards including two in construction safety, a National Community Service Award, and multiple “Top Job” Award for excellence in construction.

Having just celebrated our 15 Year Anniversary, our achievements and outstanding reputation are the direct result of the company’s dedicated effort to create a positive culture that inspires the best of all 200 employees on the PSCC team.
