This course is designed for newer laborers with little to no industry experience.

Through 30 micro-lessons, they’ll learn the basic skills they need to succeed on the job. Content includes how to be a spotter, use tools, read plans, and fuel and grease equipment. They will also learn about soft skills and career paths.
